Our Homes

The Williams County Port Authority is committed to providing accessible, affordable, and sustainable housing options for the workforce that drives the growth and vitality of our communities. Recognizing the critical role that workforce housing plays in community development, we are dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the ongoing housing challenges. To date, we have built and sold 14 workforce homes in Williams County, with 2 currently for sale and another under construction, bringing the total to 17 homes supporting our mission. Our goal is to ensure that everyone has access to safe, comfortable, and convenient living spaces that meet the needs of our local workforce.
